
1. Where I will meet my driver when I am at the airport?
- Our driver will meet you outside of Customs in arrivals holding a sign with your name on it.
2. What if my Arriving Flight is delayed?
- Our Dispatch Center tracks all arriving flights, and we will be aware of all delayed flights. If you miss your flight or connecting flight, you must call into our Dispatch Center at +393392868009 to make them aware. Otherwise you will be charged a “no show” fare.
3. How far in advance do I have to make my reservation?
- We ask for at least 24 hours advance notice; however, same day service is available by calling our Dispatch Center at: +393392868009 Certain day tours (Sightseeing, Wine tours …) may require more than 24 hours!!
4. How can I pay for my service?
- Our driver will meet you outside of Customs in arrivals holding a sign with your name on it.
5. How soon before a flight should I be picked up?
- For domestic flights, we recommend being at the airport 1½ hours before your flight time.
- For International flights, we recommend being at the airport 2 hours before your flight time.
6. Do I pay my driver a gratuity or is it included?
- You can pay our driver with a cash gratuity or you can have it billed to your method of payment.
7. What is Cancellation Policy?
CANCELLATION POLICY NASH – TUSCANIDRIVE:
- The following cancellation policy applies once a service has been confirmed.
- More than 30 days prior to travel: No penalty.
- 30 – 15 days prior to travel: 30% penalty.
- 14 – 8 days prior to travel: 50% penalty.
- Within 7 days or NO SHOW: 100% penalty.
